    The buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy ( M/F ) “_____________________________”(Puppy Name) from the litter by Motobullies out of BR 200 North Bully's Pipsqueek (Dame) and _______________________________________ (Sire) for the price of $_______________ plus shipping $______________.

 

 

    The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shot and worming records. The IOEBA registration will be supplied as soon as it becomes available. The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with the IOEBA and has been fully informed on how to go about the process of IOEBA registration.

 

 

 

 DEPOSITS:

 

 

 

   All puppies require a $500.00 deposit. Deposits must be paid by cash, Postal Money Order (these can only be purchased at the U. S. Post Office) or Venmo. Remainder of balance of pup must be paid by the time the pup is 7 weeks of age, no later.

 

    Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis.

 

    All puppies sold by Motobullies will be sold  with full breeding rights.
 
    Deposit’s are NON REFUNDABLE. If you change your mind and do not/can not purchase the puppy in full you forfeit your deposit.

 

 

 

    ALL SHIPPING COSTS are buyer responsibility. This includes Vet Certificate, Flight crate, and actual shipping costs. All shipping costs must be PAID IN FULL, at least 7 days prior to shipping date.

 

 

 

     Buyer will pick up puppy by the time it is 8 weeks old, otherwise there will be a $50.00 a week boarding charge, plus any other expenses, unless agreed upon and noted by Seller in writing. Two (2) weeks or more with no attempt to make pick up arrangements, the buyer will forfeit said puppy with NO REFUND, and no option to obtain another unless noted by the seller in writing.

 

 

 

 THIS ANIMAL IS GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:

 

 

 

 

1.  To be in good physical condition at the time the puppy is released from the sellers care. The buyer agrees to have a complete physical examination of the puppy by a veterinarian within the first 48 hours after the puppy is released from the sellers care. 

      If a veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition OTHER than a bacterial infection such as Coccidia or Giardia which is easily treated, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality if another is available from the litter.

      If another puppy is not available from the litter, the buyer will return the puppy within 48 hours of notifying seller with proper paperwork from the veterinarian and have first choice of the next available litter. 

      The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. If the second opinion is contradicting from the buyers veterinarians results the second opinion will be accepted. 

 

      (If the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery to the buyer, the above guarantees are no longer in effect. No money will be refunded.)

 

 

 

2. To be free of any inheritable diseases that causes death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until such puppy is one (1) year of age. If such an inheritable disease is documented by a veterinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality according to the terms of paragraph (1) above. The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.

 

 

 

3. To be of sound temperament, that is, to be neither shy nor vicious as to render the dog an unfit companion. This guarantee of temperament is contingent upon reasonable proof that any defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care or training on the part of the buyer.

4. Puppy has received at least 1 vaccine and Dewormed 2 times. No replacement will be offered in case of Parvo.

5. Motobullies does not guarantee Breeding quality.

6. Motobullies will not cover Demodex mange which can be the result of environmental elements or poor nutrition or care of the dog. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or breed related condition is not covered; and no condition which could "go away", or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is not covered.

 

 

 

 THE BUYER AGREES:

1.That the puppy must be registered with the IOEBA within a two (2) month time period.

​

 

2. To use the kennel name “Motobullies" as the kennel prefix in the registered name of the dog.

     Example: If you're going to name your dog "King" It MUST be registered as                "Motobullies King"

 

 

3. In the event that the dog is later sold, or otherwise transferred from the possession of the buyer, for whatever reason, the seller will have the absolute right of first refusal to repurchase the dog for a sum not to exceed the original purchase price.

 

 

4. Maintain up to date vaccines and regular routine worming.

 

 

 

     The buyer and seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between both parties for the sale of this dog. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.

 

 

 THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY:

1.  The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly    ( indoors ), maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home.

​

​

2.  The Buyer agrees that the dog's outdoor area will be fenced in and secure, or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors.

​

​

3.  The Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare.

 

 

4.  The buyer must agree to housing the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to the buyer.

 

 

5.  The Buyer agrees that the death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller.
